Good morning, all!
This was shared to a David Tennant fan group I'm part of on FB, and I thought I would share it with my fellow Whovians here. This weekend BBC 4 is going to roll a couple of Big Finish audio dramas starring Ten and his trusty companion Donna Noble. If I'm calculating the time difference right, it starts at 1 PM EST Saturday but I'll make sure of it. I've never tried one of these but have been meaning to! Here's the link:
BBC 4 Radio Extra: Doctor Who
I know that runs mighty close to Movie Time for the tet, but I think the episode itself only runs for an hour. I'm excited about it because I'm fascinated by radio dramas--no idea why. I'm old, but not old enough to remember when they ruled the airwaves. I guess I like letting my mind create the scenes for me.
Can I get an "ALLONS-Y"?
It'll be one of those days that I'll probably have 3 or 4 tabs on the computer open.

I watched the series in the late 60's and early 70', but have boycotted it since then, vowing not to watch it again until they reveal the name of Doctor Who. a0808

I just noticed that the BBC4 website says that "this programme will be available shortly after broadcast" which might mean there's a slight delay in its availability. For somebody who's a centuries-old Time Lord, the Doc certainly has a lot of trouble pinning down exact times!

Uh oh...
*bleep* might just have gotten real. I wonder if there's any fava beans in the TARDIS kitchen...

Passing this along for my fellow Whovians here.
Jodie Whittaker will be taking her last ride in the TARDIS in just over a week. I have only just started her second series, but I'm liking it much more than I was led to believe I would. I will be all caught up on my Who soon! BBC America: The Power of the Doctor

It's easy and fun to use, and you can keep your gallery totally private. You can use it for storage and free up space on your computer. I just thought you'd like to know about it, if you don't already. You always have wonderful pics of the Doctor and more, that you treat us to! bokoebaFTerAfwUuywKb olfEOEbpO0rxuamBULVg c017

I think that Alex Kingston (like Tom Hiddlston) would make for a tremendous Doctor! applouse

I agree, Madam Wolf. She is a child of the TARDIS, after all, and would be the most natural choice.
And as for sharing images of my Doctor...please believe me when I say it's a pure pleasure.
I think I do have an imgur account...I'll have to see if it's still active, it's been a while. Thanks to you and Dio for the tip!

I have something helpful to share, my friends.
The "Beeb", as it is known, recently posted this informative video on regeneration and how it works. I thought I'd pass it along here in case we have members who are still learning the mysteries of Whovianism...and you're all likely to see many references to regeneration in the coming days. Possibly from me.
Enjoy!

And here we are at last...happy Regeneration Day, fellow Whovians!
For my part, I liked Jodie Whittaker's perky, optimistic Doctor. She has more than earned the right to stand among the big guys, as far as I'm concerned.
So what will happen this afternoon (evening in the UK)? Will newly minted Doctor Ncuti Gatwa appear at the end of Jodie's regeneration sequence, or will it be David Tennant? Tennant was asked about this while signing autographs yesterday and gave a rather mysterious response, it seems. Or will nobody appear (which is my suspicion)?
We'll just have to wait and see. In the meantime, please enjoy this video the "Beeb" put together celebrating Jodie and all the Doctors who have gone before.

Doctor Who. Sorry, I tend to forget not everyone knows what I'm talking about. It's on the BBC so I won't see it immediately, but I'm having enough fun experiencing it vicariously through Twitter. Ohhh Thats Ok. Sorry I Never Seen That Show. What It About Basically? Here's a really fun fact for you, lil sis .... "Dr. Who" is THE longest running TV series of ALL TIME!
....just ask Michael. Surely HE knows sumthin' about it.🙂
