it’s called chicken fried steak, because it’s steak that’s fried like chicken. 😊

Robert Loggia… 🤣 Chicken fried steak is good too. It originated from the south Texas German communities. It’s kind of like schnitzel. But made with tenderized round steak. Hot sauce is best in hot summer. Makes you sweat and cools your body off . 😊 |
