Wings marinated in Cayenne sauce ? ------Yap! Throw all the wings into a big bowl and cover well with the hot sauce for at least 30 minutes, (as long as overnight in the fridge) and I use the hot sauce as the wet ingredient when dredging it in flour. Fry them at 375F. They're really good! You can do it with any vinegary hot sauce...except for "Buffalo Sauce", because it has butter in it and the chicken will not be good and crisp.
