Confederate Generals are fascinating. I find it more interesting that this is a real recording of someone talking about their experience in the civil war and life in the 19th century. This was recorded in the 1940s, and it’s weird to hear someone casually say “the 50’s” through “the ‘90s” and mean the 1850s through 1890s |

Haha. Oh man, I could never go on that thing! Speaking of bouncy castles though...that reminds me of our neighbors across the alley, who host more birthday parties than Chuck E. Cheese. We've never actually met them, but we call the husband "The Bouncy Castle King". Almost every weekend, the castle gets inflated and the horrifying sound of children's music comes blaring across the alley. I can't believe it's almost 1:30 on a Friday afternoon and they're not gearing up for a party yet! smilie_girl_freude |
