@alexandra great pictures.
I love this little waterfall Thanks Frank, when I first saw it I thought it was a waterspout, but nope, a little waterfall. It was taken on a logging road in NE British Columbia.

Thanks Neesy. If I am remembering right, the pic of the bench with hydrangeas was taken in a small parkette a few streets over from where my daughter lives in Vancouver.
There were purple ones too but the pics I took were awful.

Andy bought two rather large hydrangea plants in big pots. I wish we could put them in the ground so they could become nice bushy plants but I am pretty sure our climate is way too harsh. Even if we protected them with burlap I don't think they would survive the extreme cold temperatures we get.
It's a shame we cannot keep them over the winter - maybe we could put them in the basement and they would remain dormant until spring (I hope)

Is it a bird or a bunny?????????? It's a bird! It's a rabbit!
A video of a black animal getting a nice scratch is spreading quickly around the internet as people take sides in yet another great debate. Daniel Quintana, a scientist at the University of Oslo in Norway, is responsible for all this -- he found the video on an image-sharing website on Sunday and tweeted it, saying, "Rabbits love getting stroked on their nose."

@alexandra ! Wow - you live in a beautiful place and those photos are great. Waterfalls, hydrangeas and fireworks - some of my favorite things.
spideyman Very cool - is it a bunny or a bird? I think I know.
I've been meaning to get to this thread for some time. Love it -

Looks like a crow to me...
Unless rabbits started growing beaks for ears???
