You know what I'm talking about. In a famous duo, there's always one person that's not as famous as his/her counterpart. This is a threat honoring "The Other Guy".
*note* This includes movies, TV shows in addition to musicians.
Today we start with this guy. People know his Stache more than they know him.

Yes! I was thinking about this recently while watching Aerosmith videos. Sure, Joe Perry is famous, but he's nowhere near as recognized as Steven Tyler.
No matter how much my grandma loved Art "Garfunkels" he's never gonna be as well loved as Paul Simon.
And Donald Fagen is always gonna get talked about more than that "other guy" in Steely Dan.
How about Elton John & Bernie Taupin....I don't know if that's quite the same, but it was definitely a partnership with Elton getting all/most of the attention.

Also Annie Lennox really stole the spotlight in the Eurythmics... Dave Stewart didn't even get to look at the camera.

Don't forget Tom Almost of the Dukes!
Hmmmm......was Roscoe P. Coltrane or Flash the other guy, in that particular dynamic duo!? 😝😉

What about poor Janet from Three's Company? She always had to wear these goofy maternity smocks while Chrissie got to wear the nice clothes.

Shirley was never as funny as Laverne. I think it took courage for Cindy Williams to even accept the role--I mean who wants to be out-shined by Penny Marshall week after week?! As a Charlie's Angels fan, did you ever feel like Sabrina Duncan was a third wheel? To me, it seemed like they always made her out to be the smart, more serious angel--not as pretty or as fun as the other two. So unfair!

Based upon a hit record and TV movie career from David Soul, I would feel comfortable saying this was the "Other Guy".

I would say any Angel NOT named Farrah, Cheryl, or Jacklyn is considered an "Other Girl"
