Woot Woot! - that sounds great - hope the Fit Bit thingy helps you keep track of your activity
I’ve been using one since Christmas 2018. The first was a gift. (Yes, I asked for it.) It was probably the cheapest they have, but it helped keep me up and moving. Lasted about 18 months, then I bought myself a better one. During the pandemic, my husband has lost over 50 lbs. I have lost about 30. I’d like to love about another 20.  |

I'm down 20 but then I hit a plateau so I need to get back at it. I was giving my body a chance to adjust but I think it's done enough adjusting now 
I was using MyFitnessPal and it works well (If you stick to it!)

neesy the sticking to it is always the hard part.
I have to say, I am extremely impressed. The replacement arrived today. That is 2 days from my first contact with them.

I Just Been Laying On My Couch Most of The Day because I Not Feeling Good. There was This Movie on Called "No One Lives" an it Was Pretty Good IMO! My Kids are Behaving Today too So that's Great!

Dizzy, I hope you’re feeling better today.
it’s a nice day here and we have no deliveries expected, so we finally got out for a walk. When we can’t get out I do aerobics, or use our new stationary bike.p, but it’s nice to actually get outside.
we bought the bike so we have something to do when it’s bitter cold or icy. We originally planned to buy a treadmill but people said we would not be happy with a cheap one. Bikes are cheaper. I think we bought the right one for us.

Did you get an upright or a recumbent bicycle? Mine is from Sears and they're now out of business (that's how old mine is). It still works pretty good however

neesy we bought an upright. Hope you got a good deal - Andy got me an elliptical but I sent it back to Sears (this was when I ended up with the recumbent bicycle). Now I'm wondering if it would have been good to keep that elliptical.

I went grocery shopping today.
I have almost everything that i need for the holidays.
"Doomsday Shopping" will start this weekend
and people are already hoarding....again.

I have decided to do my christmas shopping on monday. I must make a trip to the city and i try to minimize these because of covid but i felt that i need a really good ham and some other delicacies that cant be had in the mall. Since i will be celebrating christmas alone i want the food to be good. Usually i celebrate with my uncle (he is just 10 years older so more of an elder brother) but this year we have decided against it. His wifes son have travelled from the netherlands to celebrate with them and both i and he dont think that thats a really good idea in these times. She is of that kind that is overjoyed every time a familymember comes to visit. She consider me a son too.
