Tourists come around just to watch it in plowing season. You're correct. They don't like to be watched or photographed and are a little standoffish (unless you're doing business with them) as they don't like the intrusions on their lifestyle. But they've learned to live and cope with it as it happens all the time. I sometimes buy vegetables and fruit from them and they're very nice people when it's on their terms. Just don't be a hoofty about it. |

People should be considerate and leave them in peace. I've heard that tourists can be very rude and bad about gawking. 🙁
