Oh man, stuff got crazy around here when my sun got home from work today.... facepalm
But in a good way.  a010 😎🎶
I had a couple of new (to me) tunes turn up on youtube earlier....
....this one sounded pretty good to me.
Then THIS next one came up.
I liked it, too.
There was something about the sound...especially the timber of the vox, that SEEMED familiar.
Took me a minute to remember who it reminded me of, Steffen .....
That song above reminded me of Orville Peck that you introduced me to, Steff. 🙂😎🎶

THEN my kid got home! 😝😉
....he heard whut I was listening to, and got into C&W mood, as opposed to a rock mood.
(he does appreciate other genres, much more than I do)
He KNOWS I don't like C&W, and the sound especially...but he knows I do appreciate good lyrics.
He told me,
(and "No."...he does NOT take NO for an answer)
"MOM! Listen to this with me."
...and the remote was his. I can't refuse the sun anything.
He wanted me share this with my friends.
So here ya go.
I like it, hope maybe y'all do too.
This is a taste of "Texas Country"...a different breed of C&W music. 😉....

Why didn't somebody tell me Kevin Bacon was such a good musician? I love his stuff. He even thinks like me about things.
