Cut off date is August,31st.

We got to give time to rally the troops, and make a few decisions.
Halloween is Oct.31......Could we please think about setting a final deadline for EVERYTHING to done by .....say.....September.......October.....21st!?!?.....and mean everything to be written and ready to post by Oct.21st.
Please?.....asking with all due respect?😊

Basic- story must be complete before any posting on public side.
if there are 12 writers at 3 days ( piece is posted, read, next writer writes his / her piece. Submits to coordinator, next day it is posted to the closed forum STORY thread.
Look at a calendar--Oct. 20 would start a 12 piece story.
Sept 1 would ideally begin the 3 day period for the first writer. |

I can write a grocery list ( 2 bread, 1 1/2 & 1/2, those things to clean the toilet with, etc) and I can take notes in a meeting (ITV resync IBU macro reviewed) ; but I have zero talent. As you can see, none of that makes sense to anyone but me.

There may be a degree of confusion re sign up date. Perhaps I have not explained correctly.
The coordinator and writers should be on board relatively soon. Ideally within the next two weeks.
They then will go to the closed forum. It is there that story ideas, writing order, discussions would take place. All that remains within the group. Only the actual sign up takes place in the public side.
Remember, the Halloween story, as presented to the public side of the Mb, is a surprise. They have no idea what it will be about.
The group should have maximum time to finalize plans and begin their actual writing. The coordinator will determine the turnover time( giving each writer a due date for their piece) and start date for publication based on the number of writers. This is all done in the "closed" forum.

We have doyoulove19 , who is a most gifted and wonderful organizer.
And we do have Sundrop , and the trippingly fantastic hollygolightly ....who have been great contributors to past All hallows e'en stories....amongst others..... That's a great start right there! 😊
Kurbie....I think 'Doya' could hold those reins in check.
That's her mission, should she choose to accept it. 😉
....and maybe the Muskrat and the Wolfbear will come 'round and add to the collective soul of the great project! Hopefully! As well as the awesomesomely talented doccreed . 😊
