@@wayoftheredpanda is going to have to make his own list to get Club Ninja some respect.
I can't get the tag to work for him. Am I spelling panda right? Club Ninja is their most underrated album, half the songs on it are perfect. 5: Club Ninja 4: Fire of Unknown Origin 3: Spectres 2: Debut (Blue Öyster Cult) 1: Secret Treaties Dancin' in the Ruins is a banger! I GUESS I'LL SEE YA, DANCIN' IN THE RUINS TONIGHT! Plus the music video has random chicks grabbing Joe's hair, so there is that.

Tier lists for the studio discography of my two favorite bands. Add The Symbol Remains at B tier on the BÖC tier list.

Of course, we all know 2020 sucked and I couldn't see any shows but there was some good music released. Here are the albums of new music that was released in 2020 that I bought this year. There isn't anything on the list that I don't like. Here is my ranking of music released in 2020 that I bought (so far):
1. The Symbol Remains - Blue Oyster Cult (this was a close one with Pearl Jam but I went with this one because it exceeded my expectations more) 2. Gigaton - Pearl Jam (Best album since the 90s)
3. The Unraveling - Drive-By Truckers 4. The New Abnormal - The Strokes (a 2000s band makes an album that sounds like an 80s album. I'm not a fan of 80s music but I really liked this. go figure. ) 5. Reunions - Jason Isbell 6. Whoosh! - Deep Purple 7. Dear Life - Brendan Benson 8. Ordinary Man - Ozzy Osbourne 9. Ghosts Of West Virginia - Steve Earle 10. Hate For Sale - Pretenders
Just released and haven't listened to enough to rank yet - Hey Clockface - Elvis Costello

Attachment Deletedranking every Judas Priest album I've heard. Yes I'm biased against their more extreme albums and prefer their 70s stuff.

View Attachmentranking every Judas Priest album I've heard. Yes I'm biased against their more extreme albums and prefer their 70s stuff. You should check out the Ripper albums, good luck finding them though, they had a physical printing when they were released, and as far as I know, they aren't available on Spotify. Demolition is eh, but Jugulator is excellent. Also, Sin After Sin, produced by DP's Roger Glover, is my favourite JP album, that or Stained Class, actually, probably Stained Class.

As much as I don't care for their more extreme stuff, at least it has more personality than British Steele and Point of Entry. Both those albums were so boring to listen to imo. Screaming for Vengeance surprised me that I really liked it, Hellion/Electric Eye is a banger song combination. The best thing on British Steele was Grinder, the song itself wasn't good imo, but the lyrics were so bad they were funny.

They were made to be commercially successful in the UK, so they did basic metal. Turbo was designed to be a US hit album, which didn't happen, but its still an interesting album, as it has a lot of cool guitar-synth things on it, but you're right, certain Judas Priest albums are flat out boring. That's why Painkiller is so well liked, because it actually sounded like a band who gave a crap, the same with the Ripper albums.
