Bezos' Rocket reminds me of...aehm....
28 million is a bit too pricey. This is another/cheaper way to experience the feeling of weightlessness.www.airzerog.com/Ha! That's interesting - I recognized the aircraft as an air bus 310 (which we have/had in the Canadian military) - it takes 3 pilots to do this and I see it's in France - very cool Frank

NASA’s Boeing OFT-2: Launch Scrubbed for Aug. 3. Attempt
NASA, Boeing and United Launch Alliance (ULA) have scrubbed the Aug. 3 launch attempt of the agency’s Orbital Flight Test-2 to the International Space Station due to unexpected valve position indications in the Starliner propulsion system. ULA will begin removing propellant from the Atlas V rocket.
Pending resolution of the forward work, our next available launch opportunity would be 12:57 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, Aug. 4.NASA

NASA Sets Coverage for Two Russian Spacewalks Outside Space Station
Two Russian cosmonauts will venture outside the International Space Station Friday, Sept. 3, and Thursday, Sept. 9, to conduct the first pair of up to 11 spacewalks to prepare the new Nauka multipurpose laboratory module for operations in space. NASA will provide live coverage for both spacewalks, or extravehicular activities (EVA), on NASA Television, the NASA app, and agency’s website.
Coverage Friday, Sept. 3, will begin at 10 a.m. EDT, with the spacewalk scheduled to begin at approximately 10:35 a.m., and coverage Thursday, Sept. 9, begins at 10:30 a.m. with the spacewalk expected to begin about 11 a.m. The first spacewalk, called Russian EVA 49, could last up to seven hours, while the second spacewalk, Russian EVA 50, is scheduled to last about five hours.www.nasa.gov/press-release/nasa-sets-coverage-for-two-russian-spacewalks-outside-space-station

On September 6th :
NASA’s Perseverance rover today completed the collection of the first sample of Martian rock, a core from Jezero Crater slightly thicker than a pencil. Mission controllers at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Southern California received data that confirmed the historic milestone.
The core is now enclosed in an airtight titanium sample tube, making it available for retrieval in the future. Through the Mars Sample Return campaign, NASA and ESA (European Space Agency) are planning a series of future missions to return the rover’s sample tubes to Earth for closer study. These samples would be the first set of scientifically identified and selected materials returned to our planet from another.
I have no doubt that the expedition to Mars is not rooted in pure discovery and science. It is all about MONEY and MINING.
