Putting out a request for some positive vibes and good results. Daughter has been without work for several months. Really needs employment with a decent job soon. Seems age is a big factor now when seeking employment. Years of skills no longer matter-- at least around here. So requesting some positives, please. Thank you. Positive thoughts and prayers for spidey's daughter. She has the skills, just needs a little bit of luck for that VERY lucky employer to hire her. Hopefully it won't be much longer.
I understand what you mean about age, Spidey. But employers are finally starting to realize that with age comes experience, good work ethics and dependable. Younger employees, some of them, lack that. Shouldn't speak for the U.S., but up here those traits are important factors when hiring these days. At least, that is what I am hearing.

I know there are so many with physical (and emotional) needs who could use prayers and positive thoughts. And those who suffer in silence. Please reach out if you need support. Sometimes kind words and knowing that others care can make all the difference in the world. Kindness is everything and there is a lot of it around here. I'm upright again (for now at least ) I went to the ortho this morning and he's completely baffled. He can't see anything on the MRI that caused my problem and the lab work I had done doesn't show anything (like gout). I haven't got 100% flexibility back but I'm probably at 60% and it gets a little better every day. Whatever it was knocked the hell out of me for a while. It took so long for the insurance company to approve my MRI that whatever the problem was must have disappeared before the MRI. My doctor was certain that I had a torn meniscus and was very surprised when he looked at the MRI. The doc wants me to start exercising the knee to try and get it back to normal again. It's a mystery.

Here is hoping for continued improvement and eventual resolution of your knee symptoms - sounds like you're lucky that it's doing so well - you must be a pretty healthy guy overall!
