She has Pneumonia and went to the Hospital yesterday.

I came home this morning. Still weak though.
I could not get my breath on Friday, so my Hospice nurse called 911 , and that is where I found out that I had pneumonia.
My nurse thought it had to do with the fluid on my stomach so yesterday I went for a sonogram, and they found nothing. I am just swelling from this disease.
My hemoglobin was low, so I had to get a blood transfusion last night. That took 5 hours to do.
I am on bed rest for about a week or 2 whatever I feel like.

I'm doing ok. Just tired feeling all the time now.
I have trouble getting my breath just before I go to bed. I think that is from me having a full stomach from eating.

Have not seen her past few days on SKMB-- know she thought she'd need chemo and that can be ruff. Wish she had a contact that could post an update for us. Many continued prayers and good thoughts with healing vibes.

Hi everyone - I've really missed you guys. The past 2+ weeks have been horrific. I fell while shoveling snow and fractured my ribs. The pain is unbearable, but I am very fortunate that I didn't rupture my spleen or have any internal bleeding. Can't take anything for the pain (not even Tylenol) because of stomach issues. Some days are worse than others.
But the reason I'm posting is for my mom. She's been going through some bad health stuff. Last Thursday she had to put her precious dog, Aleu, to sleep. My mom is completely wrecked. There are no words. I feel so helpless and just beg for any prayers and positive thoughts you could send her way. Thank you, my friends.
