I really enjoyed this thread on the SKMB, so I thought maybe we could have it here too? I will cut right to the chase: I love stuff. Buying pretty things makes me happy. Seeing other people's purchases cheers me up too, so show me what you bought lately!
I'll start... Today I got this lovely spring coat in the mail:
Also, yesterday I went to the store to buy a new dustbin, but came home with this instead...  Usually I'm not into human-like figurines or dolls, I mostly have toadstools/mushrooms, animals, trees and other fairytale-ish things, but I couldn't pass these up. They are so precious, just look at them!

I took my youngest niece to B&N yesterday. I had a gift card from Christmas and bought her a book and coloring book. I'd also found a My Little Pony t-shirt and a pair of floral leggings for her at the thrift store. Plus a pair of new slippers that didn't fit me. It was so fun to spoil her a bit. My mom was with us too. It was probably the best day I've had in many months. |

Beautiful coat, I like the hood on it. The figurines are very nice, the faces are serene.

Browsing through the local buy and sell site the other night and found a NEW black winter coat with a hood and fur around it, The price, they were practically giving it away. So I bought it. Really happy about this find.

Beautiful coat, I like the hood on it. The figurines are very nice, the faces are serene.
That is a good old song - Bus Stop by the Hollies (it brings back memories for me)
This is our latest purchase - not cute or anything but we did need a new one and it makes me happy to have the regular type of stove top again with electric burners.
We tried the ceramic top one for about 15 years and probably would still have one if it hadn't gotten damaged by a glass spice bottle (dropped from a height of about two feet)
It made a big crack in the top.
I am much happier with this one - I disliked that black ceramic topped stove (Andy said he was tired of hearing me complain about it)

Not the most recent thing I've bought, I got it on black friday. But it's my favourite thing I've bought in a very long time.  A fender stratocaster performer (USA) in surf green. I love it. |
