I am very loyal too Dizzy . I'm a good friend. My problem is that I let people walk all over me - it's difficult for me to say no and people take advantage.
But I do have a breaking point, and when I'm done there's no looking back. The funniest thing one of my exes ever said - "Morgan, you don't just burn bridges. You torch the trolls underneath." (Except he used a grand expletive before troll. Let's say it was motherforklift to remain PC.  ) |

Oh girl friend I totally understand you on that...im the same way. I really don't have any Friends except one irl an he isa autistic person. My Husband an other family I trust but not many others around here. That's a pretty cool saying "you don't just burn Bridges you torch the Trolls underneath" That's pretty creative lol. I think me an you would be good friend if were know eachother in the same town as well.

I love sloths, penguins and lemurs.
There will be penguins in our zoo by next year. I don't like zoos, but I might go just once to see those precious babies.
I wish I could see a giraffe and zebra someday too.

Dizzy I have frequent anxiety attacks and nightmares almost every time I sleep. I think it's time for me to have some nice daydreams!

Oh...I sorry you going through that sis ihate anxiety attacks they are the worse. Do you have anyting you can do calm down when you have them? |

Well, I haven't been on medication for them in years. I do my best to take deep breaths and calm myself down. It works sometimes, but I've also struggled almost an entire day before they subsided. No fun. |

Oh ok that's a good idea...imsorry you going through those a lot though. When I have them my Husband help me by talking me to be calm an rational about w/e is freaking me out. The time mine Last is varies with each one tbh. I don't take Medicines for them though because I already on other pills for other stuff. I wish to have a peaceful an stress free Night Tonight Morgan. Much Love ill probably see you around tomorrow Thanks Morgan, I'm getting by, find myself napping during the day now that I'm home during the lockdown so I'm catching up on some sleep that way.
