I feel good, you should too. Jets got Zach Wilson, 49ers got Trey Lance. ☝👏👍🤘 Yap, that's just awesome. I was very happy this morning.

Fields drafted by the Bears. Well, i wasn't expecting that. I’m really happy with the first two Jets pick. Zach Wilson should fit in nicely with Robert Saleh’s offense and I was hoping they would go after Alijah Vera-Tucker is he was available to protect Wilson, and the Jets traded up to get him. Jets also got the 143rd pick and the Vikings got the 23rd, 66th and 86th picks as compensation. Hope there are still some quality cornerbacks available left when they pick again in Round 2 (34). Then they don't get to pick again until Round 4. Asante Samuel Jr. might be the way to go for CB. But they also have a WR need which Elijah Moore could fill. A good RB threat to help the QB out is possible but I think they might be okay at that positon, but Javonte Williams would fit the bill if they go that way. And they really need a quality LB and Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah would be a good pick (and the one I think they’ll go in the 2nd Round), or even Nick Bolton. They also could use a good TE to help in the passing game and Pat Freiermuth who is big and physical, and although isn't a speed route runner his size gets him extra yardage after a catch. Decisions, decisions.
Reports in the last couple of day the Bears were hot to get QB Fields.
Not happy the Patriots were able to get QB Mac Jones. He’s a good pocket passer and will do well in that type of offense that Belicheat runs.

LOl, wireman, it's the Jets so the story isn't so far fetched. (rofl)
Last year when the Jets hadn't won a game and were possibly gonna get the first pick in this Draft Joe Namath thought it was very possible of Trevor Lawrence pulling an Eli Manning-esque situation in which he refused to play for the team that drafted him.

wireman Are you happy with the Drafts ? I think the Dolphins have had a solid draft so far. They are drafting much better in the Brian Flores era than previous eras. (that's not a high bar )

Wireman, the Dolphins probably had the best draft out of all the teams... and not happy about that LOL.
Frank, looks like Jets GM Joe Douglas devoted the first four picks for Robert Salaeh and Mike LaFleur's new offense. And to support QB Zach Wilson they got him an excellent left guard, a nice slot WR, and an exciting RB in the Draft.
San Francisco will be fun to watch when they finally put Lance in because he's a big-time passer with good reads of the defense, and always a threat to run the ball which will drive the defenses crazy.

Yes, the Dolphins seem to be functioning at a much higher level since Brian Flores got there. I expect him to be fired soon.

I'm happy with the Drafts.
Don't know much about Aaron Banks and Trey Sermon.
Ambry Thomas is a talented cornerback with some great physical tools but was pretty inconsistent at Michigan.
Jaylon Moore is extremely raw, as he used to be both a TE and DE, before eventually converting to OT. There's no need or rush to get him on the field right away

Also, Miami caught a break with a Jan 9 game against New England. That game is in Miami not New England. Playing in New England on Jan 9 can be very cold and miserable.
On tough thing I see on their schedule is they are playing in London on 10-17 with no bye week on either side of that game.
I don't always quote myself...
but I do.
