A lot of the baby bust with Millenials can just be choked up to how much uncontrolled inflation has happened since your guy’s generation, many feel it’s too expensive to have children. I don’t know about Japan’s economy, but I read an article in 2016 about inflation over there as well. Just my thoughts. I haven’t read the article yet. Plus the fact that Japan itself is very oriented with having good careers and is very materialistic.

As for what spideyman said, men finding girls scary is definitely on the mark, lol, I think it’s because traditionally men are expected to have a lot on their shoulders when it comes to relationships and it can be scary at a young age, especially in a very formal country like Japan, they’re always expected to be the asker-outers and the arrangers. Girls finding men to be too busy watching p**nography is a bit of a strange argument, because Japan, like any country where a majority of citizens have access to the internet, has a lot of young people, boys and girls alike, entertaining themselves with p**nographic content, I dunno where to go from there.
