I'm glad you managed to get back on here - it's good to see you posting! I'm not sure I understand what "It can't download Google" means - I just use Firefox and type in Google and get into it that way - I don't think you need to download Google
Ask your grandson - maybe he could help with this - good luck!
 Neesy, Thanks for pointing out about Google. I always had an MS screen and a Googly screen with matching icons on all the other PCs. Maybe I'm in the Twilight Zone or something. The grandson shows up every other week, but lives and works in west Texas, almost into New Mexico, and 5 hours away. I intend to ask him about it. Thanks again.

Woo hoo, it's almost Friday.
To celebrate the day, here's a nice soup du jour. That's a lot of people's favourite soup!
I had an interesting day yesterday - after getting my hair cut at my hairdresser's house I left to go shopping. I hadn't gone far when I realized I had a flat.
Called CAA and they said it might take several hours to get there (even though I was stranded on the side of the road and it was minus 25) facepalm c029
I called the hairdresser to ask if I could get a ride to the garage after the tow truck showed up. Long story short her hubby came with an air compressor and managed to pump up the tire.
It turned out to be a 'bead leak' which they fixed for only 25 bucks;
Some people are pretty nice - what a gentleman
