Apologies for not posting more about the tournament after the group stage, Frank, but after the group stage, I'm not really invested in these major tournaments.
And, oh lord, did I make a good decision to bow out of this tournament when I did. 
Honestly, I used to be really invested in football. Especially back for the Euro's of 2020. But I don't really care, in all honesty, anymore.
My prediction is that Spain, very simply, will win. Then again, I also thought that Italy would very simply beat England in 2020! I do believe, however, that the Spain of now is much better team than the Italy of 2020, who of course went on to win that tournament.
The main differnce, however, is the fact that Italy had an excellent manager in Mancini in 2020. Yes, Spain's manager is very good, but I'm not sure if he's been in as many finals as say Mancini has, you know?
The question is, I believe, whether or not Spain will rise to the occassion. With their players and manager, they should very simply be beating England. But then again, England has had a much more favourable draw and they were in a final not so long ago.
So, my prediction is that Spain will win. But I also wouldn't be surprised if England goes on to win, either.
If UEFA and all the other authorities keep giving England these simply qualification groups, tournament groups, and routes to the final, then I do believe they will very soon win something.
