The weather outside IS frightful!
(It is minus 23 C but with the windchill it feels like minus 32 
 Oh my goodness - you are so funny!  - I first heard about starkblasts when I read that book that comes in between the others in the Dark Tower series i.e. The Dark Tower - the Wind Through the Keyhole; Weirdly enough that was the first book I had read and I hadn't yet heard about all the other Dark Tower books. (It was in 2013 and I had recently joined the old SKMB)
Stay warm! I hope you don't get hit with too much snow
p.s. Since then I went out to get pretty much all the books in the series

I think I just gained 10 pounds
 Frank! I made one (honest to God) - I had a piece of it this morning
Only thing is - I didn't put any nuts in it because Andy doesn't like them.

I think it's pretty fattening - I make bread but normally don't put 1/3 cup of butter
Plus all those dried fruits - yum!
I have already cut it but I will take a pic and try to transfer it to my computer and then post it.
I wish I knew how to post a pic from my iPad (I guess I am technologically challenged)
